After work: Health economics - why think of value early on

19 January 16:00 - 19 January 18:00
Much attention have been focused on the cost of medicines in healthcare, and in recent years authorities and county councils also become interested in the cost effectiveness of medical devices. Companies that develop new methods to detect or treat disease need early to think about how to show the value of their products in a way that meets the need of  healthcare.
At the seminar we will hear how a health economic view can be applied to improve the success rate when turning research results into products on the market. In order to make a successful launch or exit, a good product is not enough, you must also be able to show that the product adds value to the patient, the clinic, and county council.
