Taking the step from pre-clinical to clinical trials is a challenging exercise, especially for smaller companies. There is no doubt that clinical trials are costly, but how costly are they and can costs be reduced? And how can you avoid some of the most common bottlenecks?
During this breakfast meeting you will get the opportunity to hear about the major cost drivers of clinical trials. It will be discussed how clinical trials can be set-up and managed to reach the ultimate goal of delivering quality data on time, at the lowest possible cost. Selecting the right partners, developing an appropriate quality system, as well as other common bottlenecks will be discussed and demonstrated through practical examples.
Ole Wiborg, Chief Business Officer and Lene Eskildsen, Director Quality Assurance both from Larix Sweden AB will during the meeting share their experience on how to plan, manage and lead clinical trials.
