More Swedes are reaching high age and in ten years 750 000 Swedes will be 80 years or older. This results in big challanges for the healthcare. What to we do to create the future's healthcare for the oldest, sickest and most fragile?
How do we create care chains for multi ill elderly that really work? What political solutions are needed at national, regional and local level? These are questions that will be discussed at Multisjuka äldre 2017.
