John Engholm is chief lawyer at Serendipity, a company that annually conducts a large number of acquisitions and investments, often companies emanicipating from academia. John will share Serendipity's experience of how a professional board and corporate governance can create value for the companies' growth and how companies with better order often manages to get better terms in negotiations with investors.
When addressed first before a negotiation, it is difficult to handle in a good way during the time pressures that often prevails. By raising these issues early and work proactively in the prospects for an investment or sale increase. During the seminar, John will also touch on the risks that the owners and directors are exposed to the company with a lack of orderliness.
