Synapse Jobbank is a visual platform aiming to connect the world of life science by assisting students, new graduates and young professionals in their job search.
It is an integrated job portal allowing companies, universities, and organisations to advertise for an unlimited amount of jobs, access future talents, and find the right candidates. Currently the Jobbank has around 100 students from both Sweden and Denmark.
Adam Rogland Harutunian is Hub Responsible for the Stockholm Hub.
– The Jobbank is just starting to gain traction. We've been active in Denmark since 2023, and in Stockholm, we currently have four companies with open listings, notable examples being Hoiberg, KI Innovations, and Potter Clarkson.
How does it differ from using an agency or websites with available jobs?
– The Synapse Jobbank offers a streamlined and user-friendly platform for posting job opportunities and accessing a large pool of qualified and motivated candidates. It's entirely free for both students and companies!
Where are the jobs available?
– Geographically, in general, we are planning to have job advertisements mainly around our hubs, in Stockholm and Lund.
Synapse – Life Science Connect is a non-profit, student-driven organisation. Apart from helping young talents find the right job, it seeks to inspire, develop and connect students through workshops, events and digital platforms.
