When the home is becoming the place for care, county councils and municipalities must find new ways to cooperate on welfare technology and e-health. In March 2019, the project "Coordinated Implementation of Digital Products and Services" released a report highlighting this.
Focus is on which actors offer which service and how the distribution, installation, support and training of the digital services should take place. In other words, how the logistics of the services should take place and who is responsible for what part of the chain.
