Jakob Dumky, founder of Noncomplicity, has worked with questions related to quality, usability and regulations in medical device industry for almost 20 years. Jakob is the author of the report Liabilities in digital services with or without health accounts (available in Swedish). The report describes how data can be shared from digital health services to, for example, care providers and who bears the liability for personal data in different situations.
