How are you - really? Alarms about rapidly increasing issues related to mental health are common and new national and regional strategies to address the problems are being developed. Today, almost half of all sick leave is based on a psychiatric diagnosis, which can be compared with just under a fifth 20 years ago. During 2018, antidepressant drugs were prescribed to one out of ten Swedes. At the same time, studies show that self-estimated well-being are on a level that has not changed significantly over time.
