To follow and cover the development of life science in the region we produce information materials about the universities, healthcare, businesses and larger investments in the County of Stockholm, Uppsala and Södermanland, in collaboration with other actors.
An important part of our work is to operate near the business community in the Stockholm region in order to identify cooperation and business opportunities and support the development of Stockholm as an internationally attractive spot for research and entrepreneurship. One part of our work is to produce information material about life science for the Stockholm-Uppsala-Sörmland County. It contains information from universities, county councils, investments in both infrastructure and capital, and includes business information based on data from the Swedish agency Growth Analysis. For companies, comprehensive information is provided about the number of companies and employees, industry affiliation and type of business being conducted.
The report is produced in collaboration with regional actors (Stockholm Academic Forum, Invest Stockholm, Growth Analysis and UppsalaBIO), and offers an opportunity to directly inform about the region's strengths in life science, facilitates the way to find relevant companies in different contexts and to follow the region's development.
