On November 28th, the winner of the Athenapriset 2016 was announced - a research project that engaged people from Gustavsberg´s health centre, Psykiatri Sydväst, Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm University and the IT-company Chorus. The project resulted in an internet based treatment of health anxiety and social phobia. According to the jury, the project is an excellent example of how new innovation, new technology, clinical research and collaboration can contribute to increased availability and life quality of the patients.
