Clinical studies are necessary to develop health care. It is of great benefit to patients and can be directly crucial to a patient's survival. An objective in the Government's national strategy for life sciences is to increase the number of clinical studies in Sweden. In order to facilitate their implementation, several initiatives are running at regional level.
