With the aim of transforming Norra Stationsgatan into a thriving boulevard, work is currently in progress to define the soul and profile of the street. Between Torsplan and Norrtull, Norra Stationsgatan will bridge the currently existing Vasastan with the new Hagastaden. The vision is to create a place to enjoy and linger at with restaurants, open-air cafes and boutiques.
The street will link the modern life science profile of Hagastaden with the historical air of Vasastan with landmarks such as Grönstedska palatset, Bilpalatset, and Apotekarnes Mineralvattenfabrik.
In March earlier this year, decision makers and stakeholders met during a workshop with the aim of setting a framework and a vision for the shape and fashion of Norra Stationsgatan. Camilla Lemnell at Atrium Ljungberg, one of the real estate owners in the area, has shared some of the ideas for Stockholm’s next boulevard.
