Policy learning about multilevel governance and smart specialization

This week, a new report will be released with policy lessons learned during the implementation of the project Cohes3ion (Integrating the territorial dimension for cohesive S3.) This is a collaboration between Region Stockholm and partners from eight European regions, with funding from Interreg Europe. The overall aim has been to strengthen regional strategies for innovation and smart specialization by developing multi-level governance and collaboration between different types of actors.
