The future of health: Progress in cancer treatment

Thanks to several decades of successful research, fewer people are dying from cancer, even though more people get this illness. In Sweden today, 7 out of 10 survive their cancer. During the last ten years, the development in both diagnosis and treatment has been strong.

Stockholm’s premier career and jobs fair in life science and health

On November 18, energy will prosper at Aula Medica when the annual career fair CHaSE opens up to big companies, SMEs, startups, NGOs, KI organizations as well as researchers, PhDs, postdocs and masters. Last year around 500 people visited the fair.

In Almedalen, the seminar "Life science clusters in Sweden - why?" was fully booked. The importance of collaboration, and seeing Sweden as a single cluster was highlighted by several speakers in the panel. More knowledge as well as greater value for customers and patients are some of the benefits.
