This is Centre for Imaging Research (CIR)
Tell us about Centre for Imaging Research (CIR) and why it was established
– CIR was created to conduct internationally competitive research in imaging and radiopharmacy. The centre was founded in 2023 through close collaboration between Karolinska Institutet, Karolinska University Hospital, and Region Stockholm, and is built on a long-standing partnership in imaging and radiopharmacy spanning over 50 years.
What does CIR offer to pharmaceutical development companies?
– CIR offers internationally unique opportunities for advanced imaging of humans, non-human primates, large and small animals, providing pharmaceutical companies with possibilities for advanced research and development in radiopharmacy and radioligands.
Why should one attend the seminar where CIR will be presented?
– Participants will gain an inspiring insight into how CIR supports and collaborates with pharmaceutical development companies — both through an overview of CIR’s capabilities past and present, and through concrete examples from two pharmaceutical companies’ own presentations.
