The Wenner-Gren Foundations strengthen international research exchange
Founded on entrepreneur Axel Wenner-Gren’s belief that scientific progress is driven by international collaboration, the Wenner-Gren Foundations have supported researchers from around the world for decades.
Wenner-Gren Center: the Pylonen tower, the square-shaped Tetragonen office building, and the crescent-shaped Helicon guest researcher apartments.
Through scholarships, symposia, and researcher residences, the foundations help strengthen Sweden’s standing in global research and contribute to the development of Hagastaden’s vibrant life science ecosystem.
